PLEASE DO NOT MODIFY OR ATTEMPT TO HAVE YOUR RIFLE MODIFIED OR REPAIRED BY ANYONE OTHER THAN ALLTERRA ARMS’ SERVICE DEPARTMENT. DOING SO WILL VOID YOUR GUARANTEE.
If within 90 days of receiving your rifle you suspect your rifle has a manufactured
defect you may return it for inspection and we will repair, replace, or offer full
refund. Simply contact us for a return authorization number and ship the rifle
back to us with that RMA number in the rifle case.
The rifle must be returned in original factory condition (no alternations or
modifications) and include all accessories that came with it (scope, mounts, case,
bipod, , etc.). There is no refund or return available on ammunition purchased.
All rifles are shot from prone or off a shooting bench with sandbags. No
mechanical vices, lead sleds, etc. are used.
