This rifle is the result of a special project we completed, to test the performance capabilities of a rifle built to just legal overall length and barrel length restrictions. Overall length lands at 26.25″ (26.0″ legal minimum) when folded. Bolt face to end of muzzle lands at 16.25″ (16.0″ legal minimum to qualify as a rifle). As you can see in the photos, this rifle is very compact when folded to ride strapped on a pack. Performance-wise, the rifle surpassed our expectations. We shot both our ammo and some Nosler factory ammo with sub .5 MOA 3-shot accuracy at 100 yards. Velocity with our ammo landed at 2,570 fps which provides enough impact velocity for hunting performance out to ~750 yards.
We’ve set up what we feel is an ideal optic combo option, the Zeiss V4 4-16×44 ($150-Off). This option will come with the scope mounted and zeroed, plus 40 rounds of AllTerra Premium Ammunition. Other scopes and ammo/ballistics options are available with this rifle – just give us a call!
